As the elevator came to a stop, dinging lightly to inform those on the floor that it had arrived, a small figure slipped out of the door before it even opened fully, just like she wasn't supposed to. But right now, she didn't care. The padding of feet carried in the rather silent hallway, even though she wasn't supposed to do that either. The young child sniffled slightly, before she slowed down to a walk in front of what seemed to be a Lounge area. Honey-colored eyes glanced up at the windows, which looked out over the city of Midgar, but not the usual scene she was used to seeing.
The young girl started lightly, then looked around, realizing that she actually didn't know where she was. This wasn't the Turk floor! With a small noise that was between a exasperated sigh and a whimper. Great, just great, first she gets worked all up over the harsh comments of the blond kid. (He was YOUNGER than her, for goodness sakes; But Shiva knows Young Shinra knew how to to be condescending) And now she had gotten lost making her way to the Turk floor. Young Cissnei slid down onto the cold marble floor, back against the wall and her legs pulled up to her chest, starting to tear up again.
Immediately, the girl grabbed the edge of her sleeve and wiped at her eyes, getting the white fabric slightly damp from the water that had collected there. He had been right; At this rate, a crybaby like her could never be a Turk...

((Would have joined as Sephy, but I need a warm-up as Genesis SOMEWHERE. lol))
Ah, the SOLDIER headquarters...how chaotic it once was; and yet over the years the activity within it dwindled down to one or two SOLDIER rookies wandering around lost, or some of the lower classes looking for those missing rookies. Even a first like Genesis rarely bumped into anyone as he strolled from destination A to destination B, even when he did see someone else though he'd rather not talk to them...and they would usually back away from the Loveless-fanatic to avoid causing a disruption. Because as most knew and beleived, Genesis didn't like being obstructed from his goal. But for the first time in what felt like years (but more like days) Genesis saw someone other than a member of SOLDIER or the science department. Was it a new recruit who was lost? Or... ...this girl was never SOLDIER material, she was in the wrong place. A new recruit for something else in ShinRa or just an inspector, Genesis knew all too well she wasn't meant to be here. Only SOLDIER, the science department crew and the Turks where permitted here...besides the President himself (but why in Gaia's name would he want to sink low enough to visit SOLDIER?)
"You're not..." Genesis began quite coldly, until noticing the girl was crying "...you're lost." he adjusted quickly into a more calm tone.
"Where are you supposed to be, miss?"
((Bah. Short. Blame Vincent...and Kadaj!!))

((XD Short is fine.))
The sniffling stopped almost immeditly, and the young girl-She couldn't of been much older than a decade- peeked up at Genesis. At first, she blinked at him unchomprehendingly. He didn't wear a lab coat, he wasn't wearing any ShinRa Issued Uniform she'd ever seen when you first looked at him... As she continued the quick once over of the man, like she had been taught, she caught sight of the belt, engraved with the sign of Soldier First Class on it. Ahh! Did this mean...? A slight flush crept up the young girls face as she awensered after this realization came to her.
"T-the Turk floor." Half of her stutted came from her embaressment, the other from being choked from her recent crying. Now that she thought of it, where was she supposed to be? With her tutor, most likely... but she wasn't going near Rufus ShinRa or anyone assosiated with him ever again! Of course, the big part of the picture that this place was RUN by the ShinRa Family escaped her at the moment, as she selectivly picked and chose what she wanted to believe right now. The Ten-year-old meekly raised her head and looked up at Genesis, her legs in standard(as standard as you could get for someone of her stature) Turk black dress pants moving until they stuck straight out in front of her.
"I-I guess I got off on the wrong floor. Sorry..." The Redhead looked around the lounge area, at the empty couches and chairs. "If i'm in your space."

The girl was certainly a young recruit, but what in Shinva's name where ShinRa doing recruiting people at such a young age? The younger they where, the more mistakes they made...or so said the prejudice of Genesis, who often just told the young rookies they 'should just pack up and go home now' even before they'd introduced themselves. But the girl wasn't a recruit for SOLDIER, and Genesis sighed with releif from that...his pride meant never having a little girl work on the same floor as him, because he never was good with girls. Ever. Hearing she was meant to be on the Turk floor unsettled him a bit...what where the Turks up to now? Recruiting such young people? Whatever it was, Genesis wasn't too thrilled about it.
"The Turk floor is 7 floors up from here." Genesis explained "Do make sure it's the 7 floor from here and no higher...that takes you to the Science Department." he added as he pointed in the direction of the elevators.
"This is the SOLDIER floor, usually nobody is permitted here other than Scientists, SOLDIER crew and staff...and...the Turks." Genesis informed, hesitating to mention the Turks also visiting this floor. Whenever a Turk did visit it was never a good sign for lower class members; they always got sent on the most dangerous missions with the Turks, and almost all SOLDIER members who go on said missions never come back. But that said, Genesis preferred the Turks to the Science Department staff; they just harassed him, Angeal and Sephiroth to almost no end and it did become irritating. Just to take his mind off it, he chose to keep talking to the girl...to make sure she knew what she was doing before accidently getting lost again.
"Do you have your keycard yet?"
((Although I like Loveless, I don't wanna have Genesis spill it from his mouth like he has no intelligent things to say. XD))

She had stopped sniffling now, head tilted upward as she listened attentivly to the man clad in red leather. A small smile crossed her face as she pulled her feet underneath her, standing up and automatically dusting off her dress pants with her hands, all but her fingers covered with the padded leather. The redhead stopped when he mentioned the Science Department, and shook her head, short curls moving with the motion, eyes wide. "Seven Floors, not eight." She repeated, a slight flash in her eyes at the mention of the science Department. Appereantly the Turks wasted no time in instilling the healthy fear of the Science department into the young girl... Wich wasn't a bad thing, considering all the rumonrs that ran about.
As for her keycard... It was back on her desk, with the rest of her stuff. Diciding that she didn't want to mention that, Cissnei gave the SOLDIER a sheepish glance, before spreading her arms before her palms up. Like one of the older Turks said, No Dice. "s-Sorry..." She apologized again, eyes flicking to the floor. As if she couldn't do anything right today...

As expected, the girl was once again stuck. The look in her eyes and the body language he read clearly gave away the truth...that she had forgotten her keycard.
"You can't get access to any floors higher than this without a keycard." Genesis began "...so..." strolling by the youngster, lightly brushing a hand through his hair "...I have no choice but to escort you upstairs." If he wasn't so bored right now, or too damn annoyed with Hollander telling him to stay put in the SOLDIER training room, Genesis would have easily told her to go get her card herself. But seeing as she was young, and he had nothing better to do, why not take advantage of the moment.
"What is your name, Miss?"
((EDIT: Not my fault I think the Manga sounds less repetative. The same lines are used like, 4 times in the play. <_< ))
