Rubicante froze when both made their requests, seeming eager to remove his thin form of disguise. While he could fabricate as many names and occupations as he wanted, reasoning his inhuman appearance would be near impossible. Additionally, Taron would recognize him for what he was. He could not allow that to happen either, not in front of this person. As such, there seemed to be only one way out; come clean. So to speak.
He made an effort of sighing, as if he had been caught lifting pennies from a donation jar. “You noticed then?” He actually had no idea what had or had not been seen, but assuming the worst seemed like the best idea. He raised one arm, allowing the sleeve to fall back and uncover its red skin and swirling white pattern. More importantly, he made sure to angle himself so that only Tifa could see, leaving Taron in the dark about the appearance of his skin.
“A rather terrible affliction I acquired in my travels. The doctors of the town I was examined in call it Devil’s Rot. It is not directly contagious, but can become airborne in rare cases.” He slipped the naked hand back into the sleeve. “As it stands, this cloak is all that keeps that from happening. That, and it is rather hideous to look upon.” He chuckled at the last part, signifying it to be a partial joke.

She could see he was thinking, formulating a way to explain, it was like clock work and he has only seconds to answer or it looked suspicious. Red skin she thought, how interesting. It wasn't a very common thing and she wondered how he would explain what it was and if she'd believe him.
"I noticed yes..."
She watched his causal movement and his sleeve slowly fall down his raised arm. One thing Tifa had not noticed was the swirling white pattern and she eyed it in wonderment.
"What happened to you?"
A reasonable enough explanation and a fitting name for it too. It wasn't until he slipped his hand back into his sleeve did she break gaze with it. She found it a bit odd that the cloak was all that was keeping it from infecting everyone but she chose not to pursue it.
"I don't think it looks that bad..."
Her eyes found his and she was searching them, who was he, really...
"Oh crap...I must leave i...i have to go do something. Taron can i count on you to get the bar fixed before i get back? I'm sure Virgil could help out."
She knew she was asking too much of them but she had to really find Cloud and she was worried about him; minus her momentary laps with Taron, she wanted to find him. It didn't matter if these two were in her bar, she had other workers who would be here in about....now.
"Hey Davis, Marina. Yeah I know the bar, look could you, Thanks."
Tifa was on her way out when she remembered that they didn't know the new people.
"This is Taron and Virgil, they are gonna help you."
And with that little to none explanation she was out the door like a wind.

*Damn, I liked her I will see her again soon I hope* " Well lets get to work shall we." He began to clean up again. It would look like its self in no time at all. He smiled as he though of Tifa and then sighed. Was she so blind that she couldn't see something that could be so very good in front of her. He blushed at the though and continued to do his work. It seemed like mindless work but he did not mind working for Tifa after all she was so beautiful. He was working his ass off, he seemed to loose track of how much strength he used and picked up something that should not be picked up by a human. *CRap damn am I that dumb!* He continued to work paying more attention then before.
