As Kadaj came down from above, something special was fired up at him. . . a lone set of three bullets all at once which were infused with Fire Materia. That was the magic Vincent used, even IT was tied into his main fighting style. Hopefully they would damage the clone just as something happened. Kadaj had just summoned creatures he had only encountered on one occassion. It was back when the Bahamut had attacked Midgar under Kadaj's control.
Now things were getting interesting.
Shadow Creepers did a decent job of being cannon fodder at the very least to preserve Kadaj's life a little longer. Bullets & blades both were descending down upon the Gunslinger along with several pairs of claws & fangs meant to destroy him. Each shot squeezed off by the Ivory Gunslinger was dodged with the improvised cover used to his own advantage. Despite the fact Yazoo worked around everything, Valentine continued placing things between them at the last moment. He would grab the creatures, gouging into them with Golden claws at an inhuman pace to place them in front of the bullets.

The best laid plans…
Surely there was no way Vincent could avoid that attack. As it turned out, he didn’t have to.
Kadaj’s downward momentum was brought to an abrupt, and rather violent halt, by an explosion of flames that held enough force to throw him backwards and away from Vincent. His usual feline agility seemed a little lacking, as he landed awkwardly on one shoulder, although it was enough to allow him to roll immediately to his feet. The attack had been somewhat disorientating, but in the moment or two it took him to recover, one of the Materia embedded in his arm had begun to glow.
He flung one arm out, a burst of pure Energy hurtling towards Vincent.
((Short. I blame Vincent, as always.))

Yazoo continued to fire, keeping rack of the number of bullets in his mind. He didn't want to have to reload at an inoppurtune time and leave kadaj open. The other could handle himself, but still, all the same. They were one unit in themselves, an unstoppable force... Or at least, they shold be. They were missing one, but they could hold their own... right?
Yazoo was merciless in his attacks, continuing to shoot at Vincent from wherver he saw and opening in the Shadow Creepers. And when there wasn't one, he made them. Even when Kadaj was blasted back by the fire attack, nothing about Yazoo changed except maybe a slight narrowing of his mako green eyes. Inwardly, his vision flashed red.
And it wasn't from the other Gunslinger's clothing.
Kadaj would recover, he didn't even need to reach out and touch the other's mind to know this. The Eldest allowed his gunfire to increase as Kadaj got back onto his feet, their next move already dicided. The gunfire continued until the energy was blasted at Valentine, stopping to both reload and and dismiss the Shadow Creepers his brother had summoned, so the couldn't be used as Meatshields.

[ You keep blaming me I won't post after this post. 4 cereal.]
Vincent had actually taken to the skies once Kadaj had been knocked back by the fire materia which had been provided for him by a certain someone. His Hellhound of a handgun with three barrels could still spout of its gouts of fiery breath. It brought the tiniest shimmer possible of a teensy tiny smile to tug in vain at those battle-hardened lips. Perhaps that would teach this leather-clad duo to not put any of their moves to chance when they were up against an Ex-Turk. Dogs could always learn new tricks, especially those with more than just one head.
Considering all the dodging he had been up to lately, the Gunslinger still had half an entire clip left inside of Cerberus. No doubt it would be used up pretty soon now that he had a chance to go out on the offensive at last. These two could keep up their unified efforts for all eternity, it would only change once he had started to run out of ammunition. Only then would this battle truly become a test of Skills for the bony-haired man as he continued to fight both of these Sephiroth clones simultaneously.
But then again bursts of pure energy often got in the way.
Would it follow him? Hone in on him like some type of intelligent missle? Just how large was the beam anyway? The attack moved so blindingly fast it was impossible to tell all of these things at once from a lone glance. Even from crimson eyes. But then again Valentine had penchant for taking risks, making the choice that no other being in his situation could ever make. His body was a hardened shell thanks to science, supposedly indestructable. Vincent could take it & survive to continue on fighting against these two agents of destruction.
The only thing that might worry them, was his being an Agent of Chaos.
For a brief moment his eyes gave off a threatening crimson glow as he made a staggering dodge to the right. He almost looked like a drunken hobo if anything. But what made it unnerving was the sheer speed that went beyond his own normal movement capabilities. It just might be enough to shake an emotion onto Yazoo's face. For it was not very often at all that world was allowed to see the potential power dwelling within Vincent Valentine.

Kadaj was unimpressed by this glimpse of the ex-Turk’s “potential power”. He had his own potential, in his mind far greater, lying dormant inside of him— but then, Vincent knew all about that. And the speed with which the ebony Gunslinger had moved— well, it may have almost been a match for Loz, he would give him that much. The Remnant’s eyes narrowed. If Loz were here too, maybe then Vincent Valentine would not be so quick to assume absolute superiority.
But Loz wasn’t here, and it fell to himself and Yazoo to deal with this nuisance. A waste of time… He hesitated.
Was Vincent here to delay them? Perhaps ShinRa planned on moving Cloud to a “safer” location while they were distracted? Naturally, he had no knowledge of Cloud’s breakout. But no, he could sense the black sheep, still there, in Midgar. Or rather, he could sense the dark power of the Materia shards he carried. Even if there were plans to relocate Cloud, Kadaj would find him again. The delay was troubling, but no catastrophe.
Eyes fixed on Vincent, Kadaj smirked, considering momentarily, making sure to be ready to block any bullets that might come his way.
It might have been prudent, until they could figure out a way to pin Vincent down and prevent him from dodging everything they threw at him, to fight a more conservative battle. But unfortunately, Kadaj was not good at conservative at the best of times. With an inhuman leap upwards to the height of the ebony Gunslinger, the Remnant attacked with a quick succession of slashes with the twin-bladed weapon.
((Brain… hurtssss…))
